What to Expect
2-day shipping, Same-day service
Get your device back when you need it most. Make a deposit for your parts and have your device back in your hands within 2 days.
You’ll be given a tracking number and invoice once your deposit is made. Upon parts arrival, you can expect most repairs to be completed within an hour, even jobs involving microsoldering.
2-day shipping for parts is complimentary. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
Live updates with photo/video for everything
Put your mind at ease. You’ll be informed every step of the way – from the moment you make a deposit for parts to completion of the repair.
Any information that needs to be shared by the technician during a repair can be accessed via the customer’s private page on our website. We take notes of internal damage (i.e., water damage) or anything out of place and document it for you. These updates can be pushed to you by phone/email or accessed on your private page via our website.
We’re flexible!
Rules are important, but let’s just say it: corporate policies & pricing make everyone’s heads spin.
You didn’t go to Apple for a reason. You’re a friend here, not an inconvenience. I’ll never fast-talk you, pitch you things you don’t need, or rush you out the door. A willingness to work with people and operating outside the lines is what gets a device repaired and puts you back on schedule.

Now What?
Where do I start?
Step 1:
Submit a request online or via call/text
Visit our Contact page for all ways to reach us. We typically respond to requests within 2 hours. Calls/texts are typically the fastest way to contact me. You can also reach me by email at: ask@overtrepair.com.
Step 2:
Free device evaluation, then make a parts deposit
We arrange a time and place to evaluate the device to ensure the repair is appropriate, then a deposit for the parts needed is made by cash (in-person) or card via our website. An invoice and a tracking number for the parts will be provided.
Step 3:
Arrange a repair location
By default, devices will be picked up, repaired in a borrowed space at a local repair shop, then dropped off to you for a small fee. Alternatively, we can arrange for your repair to be done in a space that is more convenient for you (your home, an office, garage, etc.). The minimum requirements for a work space include a stabilized table with ample surface area, one or two electrical outlets, and sufficient lighting. Jobs involving microsoldering, long-term repairs and projects must be done at the work shop. By request, I may make exceptions if a customer has a proper, ventilated work space that they can provide.
*Rooms with carpet flooring, free-roaming animals, or excessive noise are not ideal.
